Good bye Hannah? Miley Cyrus is quitting the Hannah gig for more Miley Cyrus. Three words:
SHE'S AN IDIOT!
Hannah Montana, despite being a sexist icon for preteen to teenaged girls is making millions a minute! It takes a real airhead to quit something that successful.
For example: When Hilary Duff quit Lizzie McGuire, it was the biggest mistake of her career. Now she's a total washout. Not that I don't approve of Miley Cyrus being a washout, I just think she's stupid for quitting Hannah at the climatic point of her career. Just saying. People pay thousands of dollars for her tickets, scalpers practically stalk her and they KILL for those tickets.
But now we know: Miley Cyrus IS an airhead.
Selena and Demi... their friendship keeps them strong.

I respect Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato. The two rising stars could easily be competing. And as a retraction of what I said before, Wizards of Waverly Place is actually improving! A second season was anticipated by many and I actually think Selena might out-do Demi!
The war is still close, however. Camp Rock proved to be a major success, and Demi is rising as fast as ever. Miley is actually going down a little! And I think the Demi-Selena friendship is has a HUGE impact on their careers.
Miley has rocky rumors as desperate and rude currently. Selena and Demi are playing the 'nice girl' cards and it's working out.
As long as they keep their friendship going they'll be major hits.
As for Miley, she's about to make a HUGE career mistake. (see article above)
Niley and Nelena
Here's the scoop: We all know that Miley Cyrus and Selina Gomez weren't ever good friends, even their characters Hannah Montana and Makayla hated each other on Miley's show. If you go on YouTube, you can see videos of Miley and Mandy mocking Selena and Demi's webshow. But things are getting even rockier now that Miley's boyfriend Nick broke up with her, officially ending 'Niley'.
But is there a possibility of a Nelina?
The Jonas Brothers rep claims that "They are just friends" but according to People, they've been dating for months. My opinion? I think Nelina is definently a possibility. Nick likes to keep his relationships secret so when Miley kissed him at a concert, that was PDA. And Nick didn't like it, so he cut the ropes between them. It's very possible Nick wants to keep it a secret.
Honestly, I have a source who associated with Miley Cyrus, and could tell us she is very stuck-up and spoiled. My source would like to remain anonymous, so I will give no hints of what this association was or what exactly happened. But her mockery of Demi Lovato's gap was rude. And her not respecting Nick being against PDA is very self-centered. And rumor has it she STILL ISN'T OVER NICK. She has pics of him everywhere and The Seven Things, a major hit, is a song BASED ON THEIR BREAK-UP.
Miley, if you're here, GET OVER IT! You should have respected Nick's wishes. If Nick and Selena are dating, Selena's doing a pretty good job of keeping it secret. Better than Miley.
Selena Gomez is definently winning this round.

I'll tell you this- keep your eye on Leon Thomas III. He played "Harper" in iCarly Saves TV, and Zeebo. (he's the kid to to the far right) You might recognize him as Tyrone, the orange moose, from Backyardigans on Nick Jr, and he played young Simba at age 10 in the Broadway production of "The Lion King."
Look out for him in the movie, August Rush
Recently, he signed a contract with Nickelodeon. Demi Lovato or Selena Gomez?
Disney was really kicking it last year- they cancelled Phil of The Future to make room for a new star- "Hannah Montana." Then they bring in these two- Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez.
Demi and Selena launched their career as stars on "Barney", the purple dinosaur. The two were BFFLS, but the question really is who will out last the other.
Demi and Selena both are in shows- Wizards of Waverly Place and Hannah Montana for Selena, and As The Bell Rings and Camp Rock for Demi.
Selena stars as Alex, a young teenage wizard in a family that owns a sandwhich shop by the subway. They cut back on some shows new episodes to make room, and people frantically worried they were cancelled. But it wasn't worth it. Wizards is not as popular as predicted, and if Selena had any superstardom, her show would have launched as a hit. She has the supporting role of Mikalya, the competitive fellow star, on Hannah Montana.
Demi Lovato plays Charlotte on "As the Bell Rings" and will star in Camp Rock with the Jo Bros. Demi hasn't any major oppurtunities yet, and Camp Rock might be her ticket to fame.
Why are they making Camp Rock?
Zac Efron doesn't think he's being payed enough - 1 million bucks- and other stars are starting to spread out. Also, Disney lost a lot of cash making Jump In. Jump In's plot is the same as High School Musical 1. A popular boy in a sport (wrestling in Jump In, basket ball for HSM). He falls for a pretty girl (Palmer and Hudgens) and tries something new (jump rope and musical), and his friends make fun of him. In the end, he tells his dad the truth and everybody is happy.
Jump In did not go as well as predicted, niether did Minutemen, starring Jason Dolley. The TV Show, "Cory in The House" caused the cancellation of "That's So Raven" a big sacrafice for Disney, because it was a popular show. And "Cory" did not help. His show rarely has any new episodes... I wonder why....
Jump In was planned to be Plan B, if the other stars of HSM couldn't do it, they'd have something to fall back on. But Jump In was a bad movie, so Camp Rock is the new Plan B... and they might try to replace HSM.
Eventually, the HSM series will end, Zac and Vanessa's egos will get to big, and they'll be sharing a seat and rehab with Lindsey Lohan and a burned-out Miley Cyrus.
Demi and Selena are not as popular and have no where to go, and will take anything Disney offers. The Jo-Bros will leave to be superstars, so putting Demi with a movie with them is just a way to add sparkle to her career, Selena and Demi will be Disney's new pawns.
Selena and Demi the next Hannah Montanas, and Camp Rock will be the next HSM, but who wins this battle?
Demi Lovato. Camp Rock is major, and her show doesn't suck like Selena's. Either way, kiss Miley and Vanessa goodbye, because Demi and Selena are going to take the stage.
